Park Vista

Let's take a stroll.

Our residents love this neighborhood for its walkability and access to public transit. Bus #63 comes to our door step. Others stop within two blocks. The blue and red Max lines stop just five blocks away making a trip to the airport a breeze.

When you live at Park Vista so much is nearby. We are just one block from the entrance to Portland's beautiful 500 acre Washington Park - home to the International Rose Test Garden, the renowned Portland Japanese Garden, the children's zoo and museum, our forestry museum, arboretum and more.

Walk one block in the other direction and find yourself at Burnside & 23rd Avenue NW. The alphabet district, as this area is known, is home to restaurants galore, trendy shops and all manner of services for city dwellers. Within five blocks you can choose from three grocery stores (Zupans, Fred Meyer, and Trader Joe's). Providence Park - home of the Portland Timbers and the Thorns - is a three-block stroll. Within 15 block walk you will find to the downtown library, the Portland Art Museum, The Schnitzer Concert Hall, one independent movie theater and two multiplexes. And those are just some highlights!
