Located in the historic Goose Hollow neighborhood in Southwest Portland, Park Vista is a mid-century modern building that offers a whole new way of living. A first of its kind in Portland, we're a co-op in which all residents are owners and actively govern the management of the building through a board of directors. This unique set-up ensures all residents are truly invested in the building and can contribute to a harmonious and happy living environment.

The building is 10 floors with 58 inviting apartments. Every unit features a large balcony or terrace and plenty of windows to take in the cityscape. Most are 2-bedroom units, there are several double units with 4-bedrooms, but we do offer a few 1-bedroom and studio units. In addition, most apartments come with inside parking.

You'll be well taken care of by friendly concierges (a rarity in this neighborhood), janitors, and maintenance staff. Other amenities include two community rooms, a well-equipped laundry room, a fitness room, a library and much more. Park Vista has a no-smoking policy and is pet free.
